The electrical components need to be serviced regularly, recommended twice a year, to ensure operation within the manufacturer specifications. Motorized components, such as blower motors, condenser fan motors and induced draft / exhaust motor systems need to be serviced, cleaned, and sometimes oiled at least twice a year.
