Seasonal Maintenance & Service Agreements
Did
you know that regular Seasonal Maintenance of your HVAC Equipment can
extend its lifespan and increase its efficiency? All
HVAC equipment contains internal system components. The electrical
components need to be serviced
regularly, recommended twice a year, to ensure operation within the
manufacturer specifications. Motorized components,
such as blower motors, condenser fan motors and induced draft /
exhaust motor
systems need to be serviced, cleaned, and sometimes oiled at least
twice
a year. Other components, such as air flow fins, heat exchangers and
flame sensors need to be serviced as well. CLICK HERE
for detailed information about our Seasonal Maintenance and Commercial
Service Agreements. Remember to replace your furnace filter(s) regularly.
This simple task helps to keep your air flowing freely in
addition to providing better filtration of dirt and allergens from
your home or office enviroment.
